Simcha Gifts Limited aims to arrange the delivery of gifts on the same day, or within 24 hours, but no order is guaranteed to be delivered within a specific time.
To some destinations UPS or other couriers are used, details regarding delivery time might vary, and will be clearly noted on the left side of the order processing page.
Delivery times are also sometimes delayed due to factors beyond our control.

It is not necessary to provide us with personal information when
browsing this site. For SimchaGifts orders you are required to enter your
name, telephone number, email address, credit card number and expiry date as
well as details of the gift recipient.

Orders will only be sent out once payment has cleared with your credit card provider. Your confirmation email is not a guarantee that this payment has been accepted.
Should a credit card charge be disputed, Simcha Gifts Ltd will contact the sender, however, should they not be contactable Simcha Gifts Ltd reserves the rights to try to recover monies owed by other means.

If a customer attempts to use a credit card fraudulently, we will refer the matter to the appropriate authorities and reserve the right to take whatever action is necessary with the person who placed the order. | |

The customer gives Simcha Gifts Limited the right to pass on the customers personal
information supplied to us, and credit card details, for the sole purpose of
carrying out the order. Simcha Gifts Limited may also need to to pass on this information to the customer service representative to follow up any queries with the order. We do not use your personal details for any external marketing purposes.

Simcha Gifts Limited cannot process orders or respond to customer service queries on Saturdays, Jewish holidays & festivals, unless where clearly stated otherwise.

Should there be any need to contact the customer, Simcha Gifts Limited will use the contact information provided. If the customer can not be reached via that information, Simcha Gifts Limited will be unable to try to find other ways to
communicate with the customer and the order will be cancelled.
