Changes & Cancellations:
We do our best to supply exactly what you have ordered from the website. If for some reason an item is not available at the time of ordering, we will arrange for a gift of equivalent style and value to be sent.
If you need to amend or cancel your order, please get in touch by telephone or email as soon as possible. Please understand that we cannot change, cancel or refund an order once it has been dispatched unless it is faulty.
Payment:
We keep our prices competitive by sending your orders directly to local stores. Payment is therefore made directly to the store whose details will appear on your credit card statement. All orders will be followed by an email confirmation with these details.
We can only process and dispatch your orders once payment has cleared, so please be sure to supply us with your correct credit card details.
